| SUMMARY |
Include FF hybrid powertrain (motor) test bench and power motor test bench. This test bench is different from traditional powertrain test bench. In addition to 2 load dynamometers and related control systems, new energy vehicle powertrain test bench also consists of 1 set of power supply simulator for tested motor and tested motor driver as well as 1 set of power analyzer for motor and driver performance analysis. Test objects are: EV motor (including driver), Hybrid powertrain, EDU (Electric Drive Unit)

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES |
- Extendable battery simulator. The realtime controller of measuring and control system support user battery digital model. It matches with battery simulator and provides extendable batter simulation function; - Integrated with power analyzer from third party. User can access power analyzer realtime data as simple as local data acquisition system； - Adopt PM motor as load motor for motor test bench; max. rotation is up to 12000rpm; - Road simulation function for whole vehicle ; - Powerful performance test bench software provides plentiful reports and test curves and enables second development of various test flows and methods. |
