Transmission Reliability Test Bench
SUMMARY FF transmission reliability test bench is applicable to endurance, reliability and performance tests of various MT, AT, DCT, CVT transmissions. We adopt PM motor with high power density as input motor and eliminate middle gearbox, which simplifies the bench structure and makes it reliable. Powerful transmission reliability test bench software enables not only various transmission endurance and performance tests, but engine and vehicle road simulation tests.

AND FEATURES
- Adopt water cooling PM motor with low inertia and high power density as input motor, which allows long
   time operation at 8500rpm (endurance test).
- Various control modes, engine and vehicle road simulation functions.


- Powerful performance test bench software. It consists of operator program and realtime control program.
   Dynamometer control, data acquisition and test flow is performed and completed by realtime control
   program in realtime system. Operator program provides system configurator, flow editor, test interface
   customization and data post process functions.
