FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES |
- At end of TDI engine cylinder head assembly line, adopt plugging and leakage testing method to inspect injector fitting for any quality defect; - Power on injector and detect injector action; - Plug fuel rail inlet and detect fuel rail leakage with tester; - Injector leakage tester is a full automatic test system. All test items are performed and tested object is sent out automatically; - Determine various model types automatically and adjust size of plugging via servo control system; - Realize drive unit movement towards four directions (X axis, Y axis, Z axis and θ angle) accurately via servo mechanism and allow automatic docking for different models as per set programs, including: >fuel rail leakage test 3 axis (longitudinal X, forward Y and tilt θ) continuous variable mechanism >injector press fitting leakage test 3 axis (pitch X, forward Y and tilt θ) continuous variable mechanism > injector open/close test 3 axis (pitch X, forward Y and tilt θ) continuous variable mechanism ![]() |
